This Morning We had a great meeting with the Ever Secondary School Administration.
The Good News is that they agreed to allow the Implementation of the Leadership101 Program in their School.
Leadership101 Mission
To respond to the need to raise Competent, Civic Minded and Post Modern Leaders for the republic of Kenya, Tujue Katiba Initiative is currently on a Mission to Raise 47, 000 Leaders in Kenya in the next 3 years.
Who do we Develop?
Young Men and Women between the age of 15-30yrs Old. Individuals in High Schools, Youths & Women Groups who desires to be in Leadership now and in the Future.
The School Chapter Approach
This mentorship Program for schools lasts for six weeks; 1st Week for the Program Introductions, four weeks of intense Leadership Training, mentorship and Exchange which is attended weekly for an hour per session and the last week Graduation.

- Self Management
- Managing People
Graduation Ceremony
To culminate the Leadership Development sessions, The Student Leaders Graduate and are awarded Certificates and Special recognition is awarded to the School as Leadership Development Center.

From September, 2015 Tujue Katiba Initiative Will train the Ever Secondary School Students

The Programe shall adopt the Use of The Most Significant Change Approach to Participatory M&E
