To respond to the need to raise Civic Leaders for the republic of Kenya, Tujue Katiba Initiative is currently on a Mission to Raise 47, 000 Leaders in Kenya in the next 2 years.

Who do we Develop?
Young Men and Women  between the age of 16-25yrs Old. Individuals in Existing Youths & Women Groups who are in or desires to be in Leadership.

For How Long
These mentorship Program Last for eight weeks; Eight weeks of intense Leadership Training, metorship and Exchange session which is attended weekly for three hours per session

3. Management Strategies for People and Resources
4. Creating and Maintaining Social Enterprises
5.  Partnership and Networks
6. Community Organizing for Action
7. Servant  Leadership

Our Approach

1. We enter into the community through Wards/Locations into Schools, Youth Groups and Organizations
2. We network and Collaborate with potential people and Institutions.
3. For each Location or Ward we form Leadership101 Chapters. e.g Leadership101 Darogetti South Chapter.
4. At the end of the eight week sessions, the Leaders Graduate and are:Linked to Mentors, Send for Internship and are piped back to  Tujue Katiba Initiatives programs in other parts of the Country.
